Lead Water Damage Mitigation Technician
Lead on-site residential and commercial water extraction, setup LGR dehumidifiers and air movers, perform psychrometric moisture calculations, and manage crew safety.
- Active IICRC WRT certification (ASD preferred)
- Valid Michigan driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and participate in on-call rotation
Restoration Apprentice / Field Assistant
Work alongside Master Restorers learning hands-on structural drying, containment barrier construction, equipment maintenance, and antimicrobial application. Full paid tuition for IICRC classes.
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Desire to learn a recession-proof emergency trade
24/7 Emergency Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator
Receive inbound emergency calls from homeowners and commercial property managers, coordinate GPS routing of mobile response trucks along Michigan highway arteries, and dispatch nearest crews.
- Prior dispatch or emergency call center experience
- Calm demeanor under pressure and excellent communication
- Familiarity with Michigan geography and highway corridors
Insurance Estimator & Claims Specialist (Xactimate)
Draft comprehensive line-item restoration estimates using Xactimate software. Review digital thermal inspection photos and drying logs, submit documentation to adjusters, and negotiate approvals.
- 2+ years experience in Xactimate estimating
- Deep understanding of property insurance claims (HO-3, Commercial)
- IICRC certification is a plus
