Statewide Dispatch (Multiple Michigan Hubs)•Full-Time / Emergency Rotation

$26.00 – $36.00 / hour + Overtime & Performance Bonuses

Lead on-site residential and commercial water extraction, setup LGR dehumidifiers and air movers, perform psychrometric moisture calculations, and manage crew safety.

Key Qualifications:

Active IICRC WRT certification (ASD preferred)
Valid Michigan driver’s license with clean record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and participate in on-call rotation

Central Michigan Operations Center•Full-Time Shift Schedule

$48,000 – $62,000 / year + Benefits

Receive inbound emergency calls from homeowners and commercial property managers, coordinate GPS routing of mobile response trucks along Michigan highway arteries, and dispatch nearest crews.

Key Qualifications:

Prior dispatch or emergency call center experience
Calm demeanor under pressure and excellent communication
Familiarity with Michigan geography and highway corridors

Insurance Estimator & Claims Specialist (Xactimate)

Regional Office / Hybrid Remote•Full-Time Salaried

$65,000 – $85,000 / year + Bonus

Draft comprehensive line-item restoration estimates using Xactimate software. Review digital thermal inspection photos and drying logs, submit documentation to adjusters, and negotiate approvals.

Key Qualifications:

2+ years experience in Xactimate estimating
Deep understanding of property insurance claims (HO-3, Commercial)
IICRC certification is a plus
